Managing Director
With a 30+ year career, Grenville has extensive experience and has been involved in many significant standard and partnership P3 projects. His ability to see projects from all perspectives allows him to work collaboratively.
Since becoming managing director of Graham Capital, Grenville has moved the group away from a focus on traditional development. That means building a team of talented people who understand how to collaborate with clients to create more successful project outcomes.

Director, Development
Sam helps Graham’s clients structure cost-effective, efficient solutions to bring critical infrastructure projects online in communities throughout North America. Sam leads Graham Capital’s team through project development, financing, execution, and long-term asset management.
Over 15 years of experience executing complex infrastructure projects has given Sam a sophisticated understanding of design, construction, and our clients’ long-term objectives in the public sector.

Zeon provides project financing, financial advisory and equity structuring services on all social and civil infrastructure projects across North America. Since 2015, Zeon has work on transactions totaling over $7 billion in capital value across various sectors.

Associate Director, Development
Taylor is a veteran of Graham’s construction and development teams. With her practical knowledge and creative approach to finding solutions, she has used her finance and project development skills to help clients bring their visions to reality.
Taylor has successfully delivered large, complex, and comprehensive grant application submissions. Through this experience, she has gained a healthy perspective on the inner workings of provincial/state and federal grant programs.

Associate Director, Development
Roland manages the interfaces between the development, delivery, and long-term maintenance phases of Graham’s projects. Through decades of demanding, interesting project management experience, he has produced successful projects for satisfied clients, all while maintaining effective working relationships.

Senior Associate, Project Finance & Investments
Salwa has more than seven years of experience in infrastructure finance, capital markets, and investments and has raised $750 million in private financing on transactions totalling over $1.6 billion in capital value.
She helps arrange robust financing solutions for social and civil infrastructure projects across North America. Salwa leads the development of financial models and is skilled at managing the debt-financing process by liaising with lenders and negotiating project-related documents.

Darren brings 15+ years of industry knowledge in project planning, pricing, development, and leadership, focused mainly on social infrastructure, including senior care, education, and health care. His experience in a multitude of project deliveries helps him provide optimal solutions tailored to each project’s unique needs.

Reeba leads projects from inception to completion, mitigating risks and building client relationships. With over 10 years of field experience, she has a deep understanding of the practical aspects of design and construction, meeting and surpassing public and private sector client expectations.
Reeba also engages with potential clients in Canada, introducing them to effective project financing strategies and presenting innovative solutions.

Emily’s experience in standard and partnership P3 projects spans project initiation, development, and financing to construction and long-term operations. She provides full support to Graham’s clients in Canada and the US, helping them navigate the intricacies of their projects and leading them to successful completion.

With a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, and five years of hands-on construction experience, Tessa has been an invaluable asset to the Graham Capital team. Her practical experience, problem-solving skills, and project management practices ensure every project she is involved in is organized and on track. Her proactive approach and dedication to excellence consistently contribute to the successful delivery of complex projects.
